At Velocity Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return or exchange request should be raised within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase may be required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched accordingly.

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after the returned product passes a quality check.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details. Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
